Willunga olive farm is situated at the base of the hills on the outskirts of the historic Willunga Village in the Fleurieu Peninsula. Bordering the world-famous McLaren Vale wine region of South Australia, the Fleurieu Peninsula provides soil and climatic conditions to produce the "best of the best" olive oil in Australia, as the many awards won by the region attest to.

 

Our 1100 tree olive grove was established in 1997, to produce premium grade extra virgin olive oil from single estate olives. ''Our Lucilla'' brand olive oil has consistently achieved a free fatty acid content of under 0.2% well below the upper limit sought by the international olive oil federation ( I00F).

 

Our Olives are Cultivated using organic methods that are sympathetic to the enviroment. they are picked, sorted, within hours. cold pressed, using modern centrifuge press. the oil is then allowed to settle naturally, after which, it is bottled unfiltered, to retain essential characteristics.

These Processes ensure magnificent colour, aroma and fresh fruity flavours.
